Mobilization

Global mobilization is about connecting you to the exciting work that God is doing in the lives of the people around the world. We believe the Commission of Jesus, to go into all the world and make disciples, is for all believers. As leaders of God’s church, we assist others to participate in this world-wide mission. We do this by helping congregations build meaningful partnerships with Alliance teams throughout the world.

Join a Partnership

The best partnerships connect the people of one place to those of another place. Partnerships come in all forms and sizes so consider the one that best fits your congregation at this time.

Can Our Congregation Have Multiple Partnerships?

Absolutely! Varied partnerships allow for different experiences and levels of engagement on the part of a congregation. Partnerships can be domestic, foreign, or a part of a collective effort by a group of congregations. The goal is establishing helpful and sustainable partnerships that afford meaningful connection.  Ready to talk about next steps? I would love to hear from you!

A Path for Those Called to Go!

Is God calling you to go to the places of the world to share the hope that Jesus offers? If so, we would love to invest in you! In the Alliance Southeast we have established a two year residency where you serve and grow as a part of a local congregation. During this time, you will work closely with the larger Alliance family in preparation of being sent and supported as a worker within the Christian & Missionary Alliance.

  • This residency, also referred to as Alliance Licensed Ministry Experience (ALME) prepares you to serve as an International Worker with the C&MA. During this time you will gain essential experiences and competencies for cross cultural ministry.

The ALME residency requires Alliance credentialing. Start the process HERE.

  • The goal of the residency is to help you develop a positive approach to ministry, applying what you’ve learned to everyday situations and strengthening your interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • As an ALME resident you will exhibit a clear sense of calling to minister internationally with the C&MA. You will complete the process of licensing and ordination with the C&MA & participate with the developmental process established for emerging international workers. It may be necessary for you to work part-time outside of the church.

  • If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity then we would love to hear from you! Complete this interest form and we’ll be in touch soon.

A Place to Grow

Would your congregation be a good place for an ALME resident? Developing the next generation of leaders is one of the greatest experiences your congregation can have! Here are answers to frequently asked questions:

  • A congregation provides opportunity for meaningful ministry leadership to the resident and supports their development during the two year period. They provide an agreed upon level of remuneration & housing support so the resident can work a minimum of twenty hours within the congregation.

  • Some residencies receive support from the Alliance Southeast & surrounding congregations. For more information contact your Regional Director.
