Tom Flanders
District Superintendent
Tom & Chris have served in pastoral and district ministry for more than thirty years, all with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. They began with the Alliance Southeast in 2021. They are graduates of Nyack College and Tom completed his seminary education at Columbia International University. They have been married for thirty-seven years and are parents to three children. They are passionate about multiplying the local church and developing existing and emerging generations of leaders.

John Sappia
John and his family have served extensively in local church ministry and denominational leadership. They have served in the U.S. and South America. John is a graduate of Nyack College and Reformed Theological Seminary. John’s passion is discipleship and helping others put their unique gifts and personality into the ministry that God has planned for them to do.
Michelle Hill
Director of Leadership Development & Placement
Michelle and her husband Nate moved their three children to Southwest Florida in 2019 where Nate serves as lead pastor of an Alliance church. They have loved serving the local church together for over 30 years. Michelle spent 25 years in the middle school classroom teaching literature, world geography, and history. She is thrilled to now use her gifts to serve the Alliance Southeast District.
Chad Woolf
Regional Director & Church Multiplication
Chad and his wife Kari live in southwest Florida with their two children, Turner and Kate. Chad has served in church ministry for twenty-five years, twenty of those within the Alliance Southeast. He holds an undergraduate degree from Emmaus Bible College, and a Master of Arts degree in Apologetics from the Talbot School of Theology. Chad is passionate about helping the church thrive by developing leaders and planting new expressions of God’s Kingdom.
