Park Alliance Church, Fort Myers- Part-time Worship Leader

Park Alliance Church, located in Fort Myers, FL, is looking for a part-time worship leader. This individual will work closely with the lead pastor as they prayerfully plan weekly services. Our goal is to glorify God, through exalting the name of Jesus and leading our people as they worship the Lord.

The primary responsibilities of the worship pastor would be to plan and lead worship practices and services, be able to clearly communicate with the worship team, meet weekly with the lead pastor, and be familiar with ProPresenter to prepare Sunday presentations. This individual should most importantly prioritize their personal walk with the Lord, while loving and working to edify the body of Christ.

This is a bi-vocational position as this position is part-time (12-15 hours/week). Individuals interested, should have a minimum of a college degree with some experience leading worship. It is preferred that the individual have some familiarity with The Alliance.

Fort Myers, Florida is located on Florida’s west coast. According to Travel + Leisure and U.S. News & World Report, Fort Myers is the fastest growing city among the top 150 major U.S. cities. Fort Myers is known for its deep-sea fishing, golf courses and white sand beaches.

Iglesia Roca Viva, Deltona, Florida
We are seeking a Spirit-led, Spanish-speaking Pastor to shepherd and grow our church with a strong focus on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) ideal for someone who is either bi-vocational or retired yet deeply committed to ministry and the advancement of the Gospel.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching the Word of God, fostering family-oriented ministry, and equipping believers for leadership. With a heart for evangelism, this Pastor will focus on reaching families in the area of Deltona, FL, and nurturing spiritual growth with the long-term vision of establishing and supporting all ministries within the church.
We are looking for someone who is charismatic in worship, open to the freedom and movement of the Holy Spirit, and who values both the power of God's presence and sound biblical teaching. New Vision Church, Englewood, Florida
New Vision Church, located in the charming coastal town of Englewood, Florida, is looking for their next Children’s Ministry Leader. This is a part-time, salaried position responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Kids Zone Children’s Ministry. This role partners closely with the Lead Pastor and a dedicated team of volunteers to create safe, engaging, and God-glorifying environments where children can learn about Jesus and grow in their faith.

Christ Center Chinese Church, Davie, FL
The Christ Center Chinese Alliance Church is located in the town of Davie, Florida, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Close to beautiful beaches, resorts, golf courses, museums, and shopping, Davie hosts a fast-growing population. This 25 member congregation is seeking a part-time Lead Pastor, possibly bi-vocational, to provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care. The church desires a leader who will move the church towards greater discipleship and evangelism resulting in spiritual growth and community outreach.
The Christ Center Chinese Alliance Church is a multi-lingual congregation that speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. The ideal candidate must be able to preach in Mandarin, but the ability to communicate in Cantonese and English is a plus. Chinese Christian Gospel Church is seeking a bi-vocational bilingual lead pastor. Our church is located in Collier County along the southwest coast of Florida. Among a population of over 400,000, there are approximately 2,000 Chinese residents. Established in 2003, our church currently has a worship attendance of 30-40 people. ‍We are seeking a pastor capable of ministering in both Mandarin and English. This is a part-time lead pastor position. The pastor will be led by the Holy Spirit to equip brothers and sisters as Gospel ambassadors in the community—to lead the congregants in developing family-oriented ministries, and dedicating themselves to the spread of God’s Good News through witness and community service.
Candidates should possess the following experience and qualifications:
Sound Christ-centered faith, meeting the biblical qualifications for an elder.
A clear calling from God for pastoral ministry.
Innovative ability and experience in planning evangelistic ministries to those who serve in and frequent Chinese-owned small businesses (e.g., restaurants, spas).
Familiarity with the Chinese immigrant experience and North American culture, capable of communication in English.
The pastor’s ministry responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Preaching and Teaching: Regularly preach on Sundays and participate in Christ-centered biblical teaching.
Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual care to the congregation through visitation, fellowship, biblical counseling, and foster spiritual growth.
Discipleship Training: Lead discipleship training to develop ministry coworkers and evangelists.
Missions: Organize and lead the congregation in community evangelism and maintain a clear missions strategy.
Church Development Planning: Lead the church in the formulation of a vision and goals for church development that align with God’s will, effectuating healthy growth in both spiritual maturity and the number of congregants.

‍ ‍Movement Church, Port Charlotte, FL

Full Time Church Planter in Residency Position – Movement Church, Port Charlotte, FL
Movement Church is seeking to multiply it’s Kingdom impact by developing and deploying a church planter in residence. Movement is a fast-growing church of more than one thousand people that are inviting others to know Jesus, love others, and live changed. In partnership with the Alliance Southeast, they desire to extend their impact by planting a church that will become a fully mature congregation within the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA).
This residency will last two years as a full-time staff position at Movement Church with the goal of continuing as a full-time staff position as the planting pastor of the resulting church plant. Applicants should have experience leading at an executive level in churches of 200 or more and have a heart for reaching the unchurched and those far from God. Ideal applicants will have solid communication and people skills along with the ability to form and execute a clear ministry strategy.
While previous experience is required, the ideal applicant will desire to be coached and developed into Movement’s ministry model and culture. Additional coaching will be provided by the Alliance Southeast in the areas of disciple making, leadership development, soul care, and fundraising methods. The goal will be for the final six months of this residency to be focused on core team building and launch with access to existing campus facilities being made available for training and soft-launch programs and services.
Candidates must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA which includes having previously completed at least thirty hours of theological education at an accredited school or through a C&MA approved program.
