Park Alliance Church, Fort Myers- Part-time Worship Leader

Park Alliance Church, located in Fort Myers, FL, is looking for a part-time worship leader. This individual will work closely with the lead pastor as they prayerfully plan weekly services. Our goal is to glorify God, through exalting the name of Jesus and leading our people as they worship the Lord.

The primary responsibilities of the worship pastor would be to plan and lead worship practices and services, be able to clearly communicate with the worship team, meet weekly with the lead pastor, and be familiar with ProPresenter to prepare Sunday presentations. This individual should most importantly prioritize their personal walk with the Lord, while loving and working to edify the body of Christ.

This is a bi-vocational position as this position is part-time (12-15 hours/week). Individuals interested, should have a minimum of a college degree with some experience leading worship. It is preferred that the individual have some familiarity with The Alliance.

Fort Myers, Florida is located on Florida’s west coast. According to Travel + Leisure and U.S. News & World Report, Fort Myers is the fastest growing city among the top 150 major U.S. cities. Fort Myers is known for its deep-sea fishing, golf courses and white sand beaches.

Iglesia Roca Viva, Deltona, Florida
We are seeking a Spirit-led, Spanish-speaking Pastor to shepherd and grow our church with a strong focus on evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) ideal for someone who is either bi-vocational or retired yet deeply committed to ministry and the advancement of the Gospel.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching the Word of God, fostering family-oriented ministry, and equipping believers for leadership. With a heart for evangelism, this Pastor will focus on reaching families in the area of Deltona, FL, and nurturing spiritual growth with the long-term vision of establishing and supporting all ministries within the church.
We are looking for someone who is charismatic in worship, open to the freedom and movement of the Holy Spirit, and who values both the power of God's presence and sound biblical teaching. The Pastor must also be collaborative, communicative, and work closely with the leadership team to build a unified and mission-driven church body.
Above all, this leader must demonstrate a love for God, humility and a heart for people, and a calling to discipline others into maturity in Christ.

New Vision Church, Englewood, Florida
New Vision Church, located in the charming coastal town of Englewood, Florida, is looking for their next Children’s Ministry Leader. This is a part-time, salaried position responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Kids Zone Children’s Ministry. This role partners closely with the Lead Pastor and a dedicated team of volunteers to create safe, engaging, and God-glorifying environments where children can learn about Jesus and grow in their faith.
The Children’s Ministry Leader provides vision, leadership, and care, helping shape meaningful experiences that nurture children spiritually while supporting and equipping the volunteers who serve alongside them.

New Vision Church, located in the charming coastal town of Englewood, Florida, is looking for their next Worship Leader. This is a part-time, salaried position responsible for leading and shepherding our Worship Ministry. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, praise teams, and Sound & Media teams, this role helps cultivate Christ-centered, God-glorifying worship experiences that invite our church family into a deeper relationship with Jesus.

Christ Center Chinese Church, Davie, FL
The Christ Center Chinese Alliance Church is located in the town of Davie, Florida, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Close to beautiful beaches, resorts, golf courses, museums, and shopping, Davie hosts a fast-growing population. This 25 member congregation is seeking a part-time Lead Pastor, possibly bi-vocational, to provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care. The church desires a leader who will move the church towards greater discipleship and evangelism resulting in spiritual growth and community outreach.
The Christ Center Chinese Alliance Church is a multi-lingual congregation that speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. The ideal candidate must be able to preach in Mandarin, but the ability to communicate in Cantonese and English is a plus. In addition, the candidate must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with The Christian & Missionary Alliance.

Christ Community Church, Ft. Myers, FL
Christ Community Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Family Ministries to provide spiritual leadership and vision for our children’s, youth, and young adult ministries along with other opportunities to take part in the broader teaching and pastoral ministries of the church. This opportunity is a good fit for a gifted pastor-teacher who wants to shape a unified discipleship pathway spanning childhood through young-adulthood, and who longs to see whole families grow together in faith. Potential candidates should be capable of casting vision while providing practical leadership for a team of family ministry leaders and volunteers.
